	CALWORKs	California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (Welfare)		Provides the participant with a comprehensive vocational assessment experience that increases self-esteem and enhances knowledge of career choices. Assessment links individual vocational interests, strengths and weaknesses to potential employment and short-term training opportunities, as well as, career advancement information.
